What a great day! We went to the fair and had a really good time. Its very late here right now (after 1:00 in the morning), so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. But wow, what a great time!

Kanta and Gabby wearing "beer goggles" at the police booth - the goggles are supposed to simulate what your eyes see when you are drunk, and this is supposed to help young people understand why it is so dangerous to drive a car after drinking alcohol. They really had a hard time seeing!

Kanta tried to give a "high five" while wearing the beer goggles. Didn't do so well :)

This is in a building that has displays for the different towns and cities in the county. This one had a lighted baseball field as part of the display, which Kanta liked very much.

We just had to get cowboy hats for everybody!

We ran into Kendall's cousins who were also at the fair. I think Kanta really had fun with them.

Kanta was trying to get a good picture of a chicken. One chicken kept moving very quickly and Kanta kept saying "Stop! Stop chicken! Stop!" But I don't think the chicken spoke English. :)

Gabby was so tired from walking around that she didn't even want to get in the car!

After the fair we went to the university to get some ice cream (the best ice cream in the whole world!), and coincidentally they were giving tours of the ice cream production area. So we decided to go see, and this is one of the leaders showing us how the ice cream is made.
